YOUR ROLES
In the role, you will be leading, directing and optimizing your customer care team. Utilizing your strong forwarding and market knowledge, you will drive service improvement activities to ensure customer satisfaction with our products, services and features.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
Focus on customer engagement, satisfaction, retention and reactivation through high level of service quality and close collaboration with operational and commercial key stakeholders, along with sea logistics management to optimize customer experience.
Monitor all sales, new product developing and manufacturing activities
Work with IT department focusing on continuous improvement process,ensure complete service data and changes in our systems.
Work with developing and manufacturing dept. focusing on continuous improvements control, including customer complaints management, aiming on consistent delivery against the customer promise.
Ensure delivery against all financial targets
